Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Achievers

• 3+ years experience supporting Linux in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years experience with programming languages (eg.Go, python, ruby)
• 2+ years experience with software configuration management tools (chef, puppet, other)
• 2+ years experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools (terraform preferred)
• 2+ years experience in Observability and Monitoring: Working with observability and monitoring tools and frameworks. New relic preferred
• 2+ years experience working in AWS, GCP or Azure. GCP preferred
• 2+ years working with container orchestration technologies. (Kubernetes)
• Experience in working with UNIX-like operating systems, virtualization, containers, orchestration with Kubernetes (GKS preferred), and core networking concepts
• Participate in design reviews & best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with documentation process of procedures and run books
• Good problem solving and debugging skills
• Able to occasionally work out of hours and be part of an on-call rotation
• Self Starter, Continuous improvement mindset
• Familiar with GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline concepts

• As part of our global team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating innovative strategies to take our SaaS platform to the next level while working with the latest technologies
• Work cross functionally with product management, quality, engineering, operations and leadership to identify issues, identify risks and manage changes
• Work alongside the development and data infrastructure teams, enable them to release code quickly and securely in production
• Improve system reliability through disaster recovery, high availability and fault tolerance initiatives
• Optimize the tools and process for infrastructure operations
• Proactively seek opportunities to implement improvements in our processes
• Always striving to improve how we operate, and to automated as much as possible
• Help keeping the infrastructure up-to-date with the latest technology, equipment, and systems
• Participate On-Call rotation
