Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a visionary leader who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact
- 8+ years of experience in digital and media strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a digital agency or similar environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
- Proven success leading high-impact digital transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of AI applications in marketing (e.g., predictive analytics, personalization, automation)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex digital projects
- Proficiency with platforms such as Google Marketing Platform and Meta Ads Manager, as well as experience with AI tools including ChatGPT, Jasper, or custom machine learning models, is preferred
- Agile and digital product development experience preferred
- Proven thought leadership in digital innovation and emerging technologies preferred

What the job involves
- As VP of Digital Strategy, you will lead Location3’s digital transformation, driving strategic initiatives across AI, marketing, and media
- You will shape the agency’s digital vision, build scalable solutions, and deliver high-performance campaigns that elevate client success
- This executive role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is part of the senior leadership team
- Define and execute the agency’s digital roadmap aligned with business goals
- Champion the integration of AI technologies into marketing and media operations
- Lead the development of data-driven, automated, and personalized marketing strategies
- Oversee media planning and buying with a focus on ROI and audience engagement
- Identify and deploy AI tools to enhance campaign performance, customer insights, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build proprietary AI solutions
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on digital transformation and media strategy
- Present digital vision and performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing digital team across strategy, media, and technology
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning
- Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and support professional growth
