Role
Who you are
- BSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or similar fields
- 2-5 years of overarching engineering experience, preferably including fast-paced start-up environments
- Knowledge of software development practices
- Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms
- Knowledge of one of the big cloud services (AWS, Google, Azure)
- Knowledge of frameworks like Faust and Pandas
- Excellent SQL skills, are a must
- Knowledge of Python, Docker & Kafka are a plus
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform are a plus
- Knowledge of Amazon SageMaker is a plus
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English
What the job involves
- We are looking for a mid-level Machine Learning Engineer to deploy the machine learning models for our talented Risk team
- Productionize and deploy Machine Learning models for Credit Risk and Fraud Detection in cooperation with Data Scientists
- Design, develop, maintain, and monitor ML pipelines
- Build, validate, and clean datasets for model development
- Maintain and support real-time decision engines (order approval, fraud detection)
- Develop, maintain, and optimize deployment pipelines

In 2022, the company opened a Miami headquarters, expanded its US team, and achieved 5.9 million visitors to its website. All of this combined signals the company's ripeness for expansion.
