Who you are

We’re looking for bright, eager-to-learn Lead Generation Agents who are self-motivated, confident, and highly skilled
1+ yr experience in an inbound or outbound call center (preferred)
A demonstrated pattern of success and accomplishment
Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Professionalism
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multi-task to meet deadlines
Interpret customer needs and match with related products and services

What the job involves

As the Lead Generation Agent, you will be responsible for handling a large volume of outbound calls to industry professionals and successfully generating qualified leads for one of our leading services - Discovery Data
In this role, you will learn about some of the most interesting companies in the financial services and insurance industries and tell the story of various compelling products, services, and career paths available in these industries
Candidates will be on a hybrid work schedule, full-time Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT
Handle a large volume of outbound calls placed via automated technology
Share the stories of our clients’ offerings and opportunities
Listen to objections and handle them effectively, persuasively, and with professional courtesy
Generate qualified leads and pass them on to our clients
Submit details of every interaction in the call center system
This role will be remote until we open an office in Denver at which time will follow three days in office per week

Our take

STOXX, previously Qontigo, was created by capital market giants Deutsche Börse Group in 2019 after its acquisition of stock market indexes STOXX and DAX, as well as portfolio construction and risk analytics company Axioma.

By combining index intelligence with Axioma’s risk analytics, the company’s purpose is to provide hedge fund, wealth, and asset managers with the tools to navigate a quickly shifting marketplace. Although STOXX keeps its customer base under wraps, it claims to work with some of the world’s largest asset management companies and financial institutions.

Considering that Deutsche Börse Group operates the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, it’s no surprise that STOXX is operating in such elite circles. The company has already expanded globally through the US, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, and looks set to keep growing, with a potential IPO looking more and more likely in the future.
