Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product owner role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products and scalable platform solutions from concept to launch with a focus on delivering business impact and value
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product management best practices, and software development processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional results
- Preferred experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or regulated research domain; cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); and platform monitoring and analytics tools

- As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our platform and driving the delivery of high-quality features and enhancements that meet the needs of our customers and align with our strategic business objectives
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, implementations, and support to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful product delivery
- In this role, you will collaborate closely with other members of the Product team, Project Management, Engineering, Customer Success and Quality Assurance
- Understand and translate operational needs into product requirements
- Partner with the operations team to ensure the platform is performant, reliable, and scalable
- Analyze platform usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve the development and release processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate improvements such as automating tasks, reducing bottlenecks, and etc
- Demonstrate accountability, monitor efficacy and plan for continuous improvement within the product team, driving operational excellence
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams to drive alignment and ensure successful execution of product initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Drive development through agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
- Monitor market trends and best-in-class offerings to identify opportunities for innovation
