Sales Operations Analyst, Censys

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations or administration
• Strong data analysis skills including proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Experience and proficiency with administering and reporting out of Salesforce.com
• Extremely organized with close attention to detail
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS sales environment
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team environment

• In this role, you will report to the Director of Sales Operations
• You'll collaborate with a team of cross-functional professionals, working most closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success, IT, and Finance
• The role contains two key areas of responsibility: (1) Sales Analytics and (2) Deals Desk. For sales analytics, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support the sales team in achieving their goals
• For deals desk, you will own and operate the deals desk function for our Americas West and Central sales teams
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity
• Own and operate Censys deals desk function for the Americas West/Central sales teams including: assisting team members through quoting and booking processes, routing DocuSign contracts, and setting up vendor questionnaires
• Analyze and develop sales operations policies and procedures
• Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards and reports, and ensuring data integrity throughout our CRM system
• Champion the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain the source(s) of truth (SFDC, Gainsight, Clari, Outreach, 6sense, Gong, Drift, and more)
• Assist with several of the sales tools, working closely with our Sales Operations team to implement training, onboard new reps, and monitor compliance with the sales and lead gen team
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including C-level executives
