Role
Who you are
- Experience delivering and continually improving onboarding content is highly desirable
- You have direct experience of delivering high quality training to go-to-market professionals, managers and new hires
- You have experience in a quota carrying sales or account management role
- Implemented and delivered product-focused training programs in a fast-paced environment
- Implemented and delivered sales training at volume
- Experience of delivering training to multi-location audiences (in-person and remote)
- Experience updating and maintaining an LMS, and the ability to work with large sets of data
- Consistent track record of exceptional performance, delivering a quantifiable impact on company revenue
- Highly detailed oriented, with the ability to be self-directed
- Ability to balance strategic work, with rolling up your sleeves to execute
What the job involves
- We have an immediate opening for a Revenue Enablement specialist with a proven track record of success delivering high quality training to go-to-market professionals
- Reporting to the Head of Revenue Enablement, this role serves as a critical member of the Go-To-Market team and will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of skills, behavioural and product training across front-line segments to meet company objectives
- This person will be the driving force behind the successful onboarding of all go-to-market roles, including Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives and Account Managers
- Master training content and deliver it in an engaging and impactful way
- Build upon and improve our training content to support best-in-class sales and account management development and onboarding programs
- Maintain and update LMS/enablement systems or other organizational tools
- Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to define and create new training content
- Become part of a world-class team of enablement professionals and help us inspire the GTM Teams to do their best work
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to support new product launches

Instawork hosts an online marketplace that connects gig workers with local businesses across a variety of sectors including healthcare, hospitality, and warehouse work. Workers are paid hourly upon completion of a gig, at which point both the employer and worker themselves can provide feedback on the experience.
Whilst the startup faces competition within this gig-work industry, Instawork holds a smart focus on providing reliable and short-notice workers for businesses that need them. Gigs can be arranged within just a few hours of notice, and any employer or employee who cancels a job will be temporarily suspended in order to improve job success rates. Instawork's 2023 Series D funding is accelerating its AI capabilities and expanding its presence within staff distribution centres for some of the American continent's largest retailers and sports stadiums.
