Role

Who you are

  • If you thrive on measurable impact in a high-growth setting, this opportunity is for you
  • We’re looking for ambitious builders who take ownership, move fast, and think big
  • You’re excited to create something game-changing, take projects from start to finish without micromanagement, and aren’t afraid to experiment, learn, and adapt
  • Big goals don’t scare you—you break them down and make things happen. Some weeks are intense, but that’s part of building something bold
  • Proven Impact: You’ve improved website conversion rates or relevant KPIs (e.g., demo signups, purchases) by measurable amounts in previous roles
  • Analytics & A/B Testing Tools: Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Segment, plus hands-on use of A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize)
  • CMS & Basic Dev Skills: Comfortable using popular CMS platforms (like Webflow, WordPress, or similar) and basic HTML/CSS for quick fixes or prototypes
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You rely on data to form hypotheses, set targets, and measure success
  • Design Collaboration: Familiar with tools like Figma or Sketch for wireframing and collaborating on layouts and flows
  • Relevant Experience: 3–5+ years in website CRO, product marketing, or growth marketing at a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Hands-On Attitude: You thrive on ownership and accountability, especially in an early-stage setting where every contribution counts

What the job involves

  • In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind a website experience that transforms curious visitors into engaged customers
  • You’ll have the freedom to craft compelling copy, experiment boldly, and shape user flows—right at the crossroads of product, marketing, and design
  • Your work will be highly visible, with a direct impact on lead generation, user satisfaction, and revenue
  • In Sybill’s fast-paced environment, you’ll move quickly, test aggressively, and rely on data to guide decisions
  • Craft Website Copy: Write clear, concise messages that grab attention and encourage user action. You’ll be responsible for short-form copy, landing page headlines, and all the little bits of text that guide users through our website
  • Experiment and Optimize: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests. You’ll test everything from headlines to page layouts to find what truly resonates with our users and boosts conversions
  • Understand Our Users Deeply: Get into the minds of our customers. Gather feedback, study user behavior, and transform insights into website improvements that make a big impact
  • Shape UI Design: Work closely with designers (or take the lead if needed) to create website layouts and flows. You’ll help plan the user journey, ensuring each step feels seamless and consistent
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, marketing, and growth teams to align on messaging and vision. You’ll keep everyone in sync so our website remains true to our brand voice
  • Own the Metrics: Track engagement, conversion, and other website performance KPIs. You’ll turn data into actionable insights and lead the charge on changes that move the needle

Our take

To help sales teams maximise their time, Sybill provides an AI that reduces the time spent on administrative tasks so that they can instead focus on building client relationships.

It's a simple but effective proposition. Sybill's AI can take deal notes, draft tone-correct follow-up emails and write process-aware CRM updates. Its model was built specifically for sales, making it a better option than more generic AI admin tools.

The company has raised significant funds, the latest of which will be used to further the development of its AI and build out its team. With upwards of 500 paying customers, the company has got off to a great start and is set up nicely for future growth.
