Desirable

• Early talent is one of the highest-leverage investments we can make in Abridge's future
• We are looking for an Early Career Recruiter to help us identify and hire exceptional emerging talent with the ability, drive, and mission alignment to build meaningful careers here
• We want to create an early talent program that reaches broadly and assesses people for their potential, not only their pedigree
• That includes exceptional candidates from leading universities as well as community colleges, bootcamps, apprenticeships, career transitions, and other paths
• You will partner closely with our Early Talent Program Manager and engineering leaders to build this capability from the ground up
• You will own recruiting for interns and early career talent, primarily across software engineering, while helping us expand into other functions over time
• This is an opportunity for someone who loves recruiting, exercises strong judgment, and is energized by building a program—not simply inheriting one
• Own end-to-end intern and early career recruiting, initially focused on software engineering
• Partner with our Early Talent Program Manager to build and execute a differentiated hiring strategy
• Find exceptional candidates across universities, technical communities, bootcamps, apprenticeships, and other talent channels including event strategies
• Work with engineering leaders to define exceptional potential and build a rigorous, consistent evaluation process
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects how we operate at Abridge: demanding, caring, and mission-driven
• Use pipeline data and hiring outcomes to continually improve our approach
• Build the systems and partnerships needed to scale the program
• Support other critical technical roles outside peak early talent cycles
