Who you are

- You know your way around LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and basic SEO/SEM principles
- You’re driven by impact, you want your skills to help build something meaningful
- You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch is a plus
- You're available full-time (40 hours per week)

What the job involves
- We are currently active in four European countries and are planning to expand. As of now we are looking for an International Growth Marketeer who loves data, testing, and optimization
- You’ll own our digital growth engine: running targeted LinkedIn campaigns, managing HubSpot, and optimizing our website for engagement and conversion
- Working closely with our Content Marketeer and Brand Manager, you’ll make sure our message not only looks great, but lands with the right people, in the right way
- Run and optimize LinkedIn campaigns, from audience targeting and creative testing to reporting and insight sharing
- Manage HubSpot, including workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign automation
- Optimize the Seenons website, improve UX, SEO, and conversion through data-driven experiments
- Collaborate with brand and content to connect storytelling with measurable outcomes
- Track and report results, build reporting that make performance visible and actionable
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate, balancing short-term wins with long-term brand growth

Our take
Waste is a major problem in Europe, with millions of tonnes incinerated annually. While the EU has set ambitious targets of zero waste by 2030, and zero-waste influencers have taken TikTok by storm, the infrastructure doesn't yet exist to achieve these goals. Enter Seenons, a Dutch startup aiming to make zero waste a reality. Its platform is designed to connect the waste chain and stimulate the circular economy, saving resources and fighting climate change in the process.
Seenons' platform works by linking together waste companies in a kind of marketplace, connecting waste channels in such a way that the right kinds of waste reach the right processors. This saves a huge amount of waste from the incinerator - Seenons has calculated that its solution could reduce waste in the Netherlands by half a million tonnes, or around 25%. As the only solution of its type in Europe, the company has collected numerous awards and venture capital funding to support its goals.
Seenons has grown its team swiftly and embarked on acquisitions of Danish, Belgian and Swiss waste companies, setting its sights on becoming the European leader in the circular economy by 2026. As demand for zero-waste solutions continues to rise, it seems set to continue its promising trajectory into the future. Funding raised will help to make technological improvements to its offering alongside further international growth.
