Role
Who you are
- 💼 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid online marketing, both operationally and strategically
- ️ Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Display Network, TikTok, and Google Analytics. DV360 is a plus
- ✋ A hands-on mindset with a proactive, independent approach to your work
- 💬 Professional and articulate communication skills – especially when dealing with clients
- 🧠 A quick learner who enjoys picking up new skills and improving processes
- 🗣️ Excellent English skills – ideally native or near-native, as you’ll be focusing on UK, AU, and NZ campaigns
- 🎯 A results-driven approach and a genuine sense of ownership over your projects
- 📍 You’re already based in London, have the right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship), and can occasionally meet with clients or colleagues in person

- We’re growing our Campaigns Team in the UK – and this is your opportunity to collaborate with major players like Universal Pictures and Paramount.

- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns independently using our proprietary internal tools
- 🎬 Work on an exciting range of content – from indie films to major blockbusters and global series launches
- 📊 Define media strategies and plan budgets – you’ll decide how and where to invest for maximum impact
- 🧠 Experiment and optimise – bring new ideas to enhance campaign performance and tooling
- 🤝 Collaborate closely with our Sales and Business Intelligence teams to achieve brilliant campaign results
- 🗨️ Serve as the go-to contact for clients and agencies, managing relationships with clarity and confidence
Our take
For years, JustWatch served as a global streaming guide, simplifying the search for shows across platforms like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. On top of this, it leveraged user data to run targeted movie marketing campaigns.
However, in the 2020s, JustWatch introduces a significant upgrade. Following in the footsteps of Plex and Reelgood, users can now seamlessly search, access, and receive recommendations from all their streaming services within a single app.
Remarkably, despite minimal external funding since its 2014 inception, JustWatch has expanded into approximately 60 markets with a team exceeding a hundred members. As the streaming services market becomes increasingly diverse and fragmented, JustWatch finds itself in a promising position to capitalize on these developments.
