Staff Product Designer, Mozilla

• 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first design work
• Deep expertise in native design languages, with a strong focus on Android and complementary experience in iOS. Well-versed in platform-specific patterns, guidelines, and best practices to deliver intuitive, high-quality mobile experiences
• Strong ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility in design decisions
• Experience designing for privacy, security, and accessibility in mobile applications

• Prioritizing Android, you’ll apply deep knowledge of platform-specific design patterns to craft intuitive, high-quality mobile interfaces.

• Lead UX efforts for major initiatives in Firefox Mobile, with a strong focus on visual craft and interaction design. You'll translate user needs and business goals into polished, intuitive experiences that feel native and high-quality on every touchpoint
• Design and prototype intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling mobile experiences that support Firefox’s core values of privacy, security, and performance
• Create design storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate intent and for conducting qualitative and quantitative research
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to align design decisions with business objectives, technical feasibility, and user needs
• Advocate for mobile-first UX best practices, ensuring high usability across different devices and screen sizes
• Contribute to and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency and usability across mobile platforms
