Role
Who you are
- You have a sound understanding of working with varying cultures and the impact of initiatives in different geographies
- You can proficiently use metrics to improve employee engagement and achieve business objectives related to eNPS
- You must have experience of ESG strategy and planning in the operating context of a business
- You will have experience of working with employee engagement surveys and eNPS metrics
- You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate at all levels within the organization
What the job involves
- This role is a 6 month fixed term contract, it is a hybrid position based out of our London or Woking office
- Collaborating with HR teams across our network to implement global people processes that drive engagement throughout the employee lifecycle
- Driving Manager effectiveness through timely communications, live sessions, and guidance for global audiences
- Managing the bi-monthly global HR meeting, including agenda creation, meeting chairing, and action circulation
- Leading Diversity & Belonging initiatives and creating internal communication and educational materials for awareness days
- Overseeing the biannual employee engagement survey and working with local leadership on utilization of results to enhance engagement
