Who you are
- We look for candidates who are intellectually curious, have excellent communication and presentation skills and are team players
- The individual must be results driven and perform well under pressure and against tight timelines
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of related experience also required
- Series SIE (or equivalent), 79 and 63 licensed required
- Effective communication, collaboration and network building skills
- Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize to meet multiple goals
What the job involves
- CRB Securities, LLC is looking for an Investment Banking Associate to join a growing investment bank
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence and perform financial modeling and analysis
- Create and maintain marketing, pitch books, valuation materials and other deliverables
- Create confidential investor presentations
- Create ad hoc transaction organizational documents
- Take an active role in developing, structuring and executing transactions
- Work closely with senior team members in deal sourcing, negotiation and execution of transactions
- Manage and develop junior talent within the team
