What the job involves

Paubox is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our talented and driven engineering team
You’ll work across a wide range of front and back end technologies, with a primary focus on user interface and front-end projects
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality web applications using Next.js; as well as collaborating with the engineering team and other stakeholders daily to deliver our powerful suite of Paubox services
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Contribute to both front-end and back-end projects across multiple languages including JavaScript, Ruby, Python, and Rust
Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to modern best practices and standards
Perform testing and debugging to ensure applications are reliable, secure, and easy to use
Regularly participate in engineering meetings including weekly team check-ins, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives
Provide technical expertise and input into decision making, roadmaps, and development milestones
Create and maintain thorough technical documentation, including design specs, API docs, and user guides
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and front-end web development technologies, and identify opportunities to enhance existing applications or create new ones
Requires individuals to operate a company-provided computer effectively for the duration of their workday
