Executive Assistant, xAI

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
• Please note this is an on-site position requiring being in the office in Palo Alto, CA

Desirable

• The executive assistant will be a trusted partner to the Engineering Executive Leadership team.
• You will be working behind the scenes to support, manage all administrative functions, own impactful projects, and become deeply involved in the business
• You’ll triage and manage the executive’s calendar, handling both high volume and high touch scheduling needs while also connecting the dots across competing and ever-changing priorities.
• You'll be well positioned to make recommendations to optimize time management, prioritization, delegation, and also take on ad hoc projects
• Coordinate meetings, manage and maintain schedules, make appointments, arrange travel, process expense reports, screen and delegate incoming calls/emails, and provide other general administrative support as required
• Take detailed meeting notes, synthesize meeting outcomes, and track action items/follow-ups
• Provide project management and maintain momentum on high-priority projects and initiatives
• Exhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to daily schedules and routines, and a focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality
• Maintain standards and cadence on workflows while identifying and implementing improvements
• Partner with leader on strategic planning and defining team objectives and priorities
• Handle confidential information with discretion
