- 3+ years of B2C content marketing experience, in a tech startup or digital-first brand
- Highly comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity and creativity
- Expert in HubSpot CRM and CMS – including content personalization, segmentation, and automation
- A natural storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and tone
- Exceptionally organized — you manage multiple projects like a pro

What the job involves
- Reports to: Head of Content Marketing
- As our Content Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in driving brand building and learner acquisition through strategic, creative, and AI-enhanced content marketing
- Contribute to and execute content strategies across multiple channels — including blog, social, email, web, and more
- Create engaging, persuasive, and learner-focused content that drives conversions and builds brand trust
- Leverage AI tools to enhance your creative process, increase output, and accelerate testing
- Manage and optimize content workflows using HubSpot CRM and CMS
- Partner with performance marketing, design, and product teams to craft cohesive campaigns
- A/B test messaging, content formats, and CTAs to continuously improve performance
- Co-own content calendar management and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Idea on content experiments to drive organic growth

Recent funding means Nexford can plan to add more programs, such as software engineering, data science, clean energy, business analytics, digital marketing and project management to its roster. Nexford University is also looking at complementary programs to add to its offering to support students stepping into the careers in their chosen field. Still young, the University has made impressive headway with an innovative approach to education, staying fluid with the evolving work world this could mean some very exciting things for Nexford University and its graduates.
