Who you are

Experience in an office assistant or receptionist role is beneficial
A natural problem-solver who can tackle challenges, big and small
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to be proactive as well as reactive to situations with a confident and determined approach
Excellent communication skills to work alongside colleagues across all areas of the business
Happy to work onsite to be at the heart of our office operations

What the job involves

Taking ownership of all operations at our vibrant Brixton office from office improvements to the weekly food delivery
Organising team events (weekly lunches, monthly socials, christmas parties, weekends away etc.)
Team support from spearheading charitable giving events to organising birthday presents and scheduling office massages and yoga sessions
Supporting and developing our team culture by responding to feedback and suggestions from the team
Ensuring workplace policies such as health and safety and other operational people policies are up to date
Assistance with employee onboarding and offboarding and other administrative tasks
