Role
Who you are
- Experience in an office assistant or receptionist role is beneficial
- A natural problem-solver who can tackle challenges, big and small
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to be proactive as well as reactive to situations with a confident and determined approach
- Excellent communication skills to work alongside colleagues across all areas of the business
- Happy to work onsite to be at the heart of our office operations
What the job involves
- Taking ownership of all operations at our vibrant Brixton office from office improvements to the weekly food delivery
- Organising team events (weekly lunches, monthly socials, christmas parties, weekends away etc.)
- Team support from spearheading charitable giving events to organising birthday presents and scheduling office massages and yoga sessions
- Supporting and developing our team culture by responding to feedback and suggestions from the team
- Ensuring workplace policies such as health and safety and other operational people policies are up to date
- Assistance with employee onboarding and offboarding and other administrative tasks
