Who you are

What the job involves
- Join our team as a Payroll Analyst and make a direct impact on our organization's financial health by analyzing payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
- Our payroll analysts will play a crucial role in ensuring that payroll processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with regulations
- You will combine your analytical skills with technical expertise to manage and improve payroll systems, support employees, and provide valuable insights to the organization
- Payroll Processing: Execute accurate and timely payroll processing for our diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze payroll data, identify trends, and generate insightful reports to support strategic decision-making
- System Maintenance: Maintain and update payroll systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. Utilize Slack and Dropbox for effective communication and document management
- Compliance and Audit: Assist in audits and ensure payroll practices align with legal requirements and internal policies

On the back of capitalizing on the return to the office, additional funds secured will allow it to double down with the widening of its geographic footprint. It also plans to invest in expanding its digital cafe services, alongside developing improvements to its analytics and AI, that will ensure product utility into the future.
