Who you are
- You have hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Claude, GPT-4, Midjourney, Runway, Pika)
- You can connect tools together using automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) or basic Python/JavaScript scripts
- You have a proven track record of shipping content or growth experiments fast and iterating based on results
- You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of end-to-end outputs

- You’ve previously worked in a growth, creative tech, or marketing automation role
- You have experience in video editing or animation tools (After Effects, Premiere, Figma)
- You’re passionate about AI trends and viral content mechanics
- You have an eye for design and copywriting, making content visually appealing and engaging
- You’ve worked in a startup environment and enjoy building MVPs quickly
What the job involves
- Build and automate an AI-powered content engine that scales output to 150+ pieces of live content daily across TikTok, Reels, and other channels.
- Connect and orchestrate tools (Claude, GPT, Midjourney, Runway, Zapier/Make) into seamless, repeatable workflows.
- Continuously test, measure, and iterate to improve hook quality, watch time, and conversion
- Generate, QA, and ship a high volume of short-form video variants, captions, and creatives daily
- Own our acquisition goals
- Optimize automation pipelines over time to reduce manual effort and maximize performance
