Role
Who you are
- You’ll have a track record of success in using design to achieve measurable business outcomes, lead generation and revenue growth. You’ll showcase this through a strong portfolio of successful brand design projects and campaigns across multimedia content (video, graphics and interactive digital assets)
- You’ll have an excellent understanding of web design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout principles as well as be able to craft compelling copy
- You’ll be a creative individual with bias for action. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment! Ideally, you’ve previously worked for a marketplace, SaaS or subscription business
- A growth mindset, eagerness to expand creative skills, and a hands-on approach to delivering results
What the job involves
- We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Design and Content Executive to join our Trade Growth team
- You’ll be at the forefront of creating impactful designs and compelling content that drives trade engagement, strengthens our brand identity, and supports the growth of our trade member base
- Combining creativity with strategy, you’ll develop high-quality assets and written content for multi-channel campaigns, working collaboratively to deliver measurable business results

- You’ll report to the Senior Trade Marketing Campaign Manager and develop creative assets across various channels. These include social media, display ads, website, direct mail, and CRM, to drive growth and engagement with the trade member base
- More specifically, you’ll produce motion graphics, video content, and animations to enhance the performance of trade marketing campaigns
- Additionally, you’ll assist the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager in the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns to ensure alignment and impactful delivery
- As a household name, and a brand that is synonymous with trust and reputation, you’ll ensure brand consistency. This includes aligning content, tone of voice and style to brand guidelines
- You’ll also work collaboratively with the wider marketing team and key stakeholders to enable timely, strong content delivery
