Who you are

You are passionate about helping and supporting customers and colleagues bringing a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer facing environment
You have a minimum of two years of people management experience
The ability and drive to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders and team members
You love to communicate and know how to do so effectively
You are fluent in German (Must Have) and English and speak another European language on (preferably Dutch)
Excellent computer skills and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and SAP are a big plus

What the job involves

When you join the WLO Customer Experience Department and you will be supporting WLO clients with their order placement, order administration and troubleshooting by providing them solutions with all your knowledge to ensure the best service possible
You will be providing our Sales Reps, Customers and Partners with the right guidance to ensure a smooth order process and service
You will not only be serving external clients but also internal (IDEXX partners) ones by taking care of their different needs and requests, such as Finance Business Operations, Sales and Technical Services
You will ensure the best possible use of technology (Salesforce/SAP) in order for a smooth process and maximum client satisfaction
You will also have the chance to utilize your skills in different back office tasks and grow professionally in your job and as a people leader
You will work with people and therefor effective and intelligent communication is the key to success in this position
You will lead by example and demonstrate emotional intelligence, humility and the ability to give and take constructive feedback
