Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of successful sales with proven quota attainment – a record of exceeding quota consistently
- Ability to qualify opportunities quickly and build relationships

- High degree of confidence throughout the sales cycle

- Knowledge of the Field Service Management market

What the job involves
- We are looking for an Account Manager to focus on our Retention & Growth initiatives for Service Fusion. Service Fusion, serves over 7,000 field service contractors in over 20 residential and commercial service verticals with mission-critical business management software
- While the largest segments of the customer base are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair contractors, our target customer is “anyone in a truck who comes to your home or business to perform a service.”
- Service Fusion allows such contractors to operate their business from anywhere with enterprise-level features at a small business price
- The Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to renew Service Fusion’s existing client base and cross-sell our portfolio of solutions into existing clients
- The objectives will align with the company’s core values: ensure that customers are treated with respect, promote a team environment in which diversity of ideas, opinions, and backgrounds are respected and valued, conduct business with uncompromising integrity, set and attain ambitious goals, and execute to win
- In addition, the Account Manager must maintain current knowledge of all products, services, and competition
