Role
Who you are
- Are you driven by giving an excellent customer service experience and pride yourself on exceeding Customer expectations
- Are you comfortable handling challenging, tough and emotive calls, where there is a lot to learn and things are always changing?
- Are you a problem solver, who enjoys helping customers with their questions and concerns?
- Can you remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment?
- Can you demonstrate good time keeping and commitment

- Can you demonstrate patience , empathy and possess emotional intelligence
- A strong internet connection, you’ll need this as you will have multiple systems open at the same time (minimum of 25mbps download and 4mbps upload)
- A smartphone with a minimum: Android phones 9 and later versions Apple phones. Requires iOS 14.0 or later
- A dedicated, quiet workspace with a workstation, plenty of natural light, access to fresh air, and no distractions. This cannot be a communal space shared by other household members
- Available to work 40 hours per week across 5 days, fully flexible approach to shifts between 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri and some Saturdays and Bank Holidays.
- Be able to be onsite full time (Monday - Friday) for the first 8 weeks to complete your induction and training
