Who you are

Are you driven by giving an excellent customer service experience and pride yourself on exceeding Customer expectations

A strong internet connection, you’ll need this as you will have multiple systems open at the same time (minimum of 25mbps download and 4mbps upload)
A smartphone with a minimum: Android phones 9 and later versions Apple phones. Requires iOS 14.0 or later
A dedicated, quiet workspace with a workstation, plenty of natural light, access to fresh air, and no distractions. This cannot be a communal space shared by other household members
Available to work 40 hours per week across 5 days, fully flexible approach to shifts between 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri and some Saturdays and Bank Holidays.
Be able to be onsite full time (Monday - Friday) for the first 8 weeks to complete your induction and training
