Who you are
- 5+ years of experience working as a product manager in high performing, cross functional teams
- Deep understanding of the fintech or digital payments industry, with a focus on UX/UI, product innovation, and market trends
- An extreme attention to detail and focus on the consumer with the ability to simplify ideas and UX journeys
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Passion for innovation and technology, with a relentless focus on delivering products that drive customer satisfaction and business growth
- Player-coach with excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Must be willing to work full-time in New York City; this is not a remote role

- As the Lead Product Manager at Prizeout, you will manage product delivery, driving the development of innovative solutions that push the boundaries of the digital rewards and payments industry
- You will oversee the entire product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals/roadmap and market demands
- This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in product management, who can inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional products that resonate with both users and partners
- Own, define and manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Prizeout’s business goals, key stakeholders and market opportunities
- Drive forward execution and definition of the roadmap and serve as a subject matter expert
- Focus on building a product that consumers love and that our partners want to market
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across UI/UX designers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering, data, operations, and sales teams to drive product development and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation
- Partner with senior leadership to define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals
- Drive product requirements across the business to instrument data collection and ensure data quality, leading to critical customer-driven insights
