Brand Designer, Brevo

• 6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment : Start-up, Scale-up, B2B, SaaS environment or agencies..
• A portfolio that showcases strong conceptual thinking, sharp design execution, and a range of work across marketing and brand channels
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, you’re able to clearly articulate your ideas, explain the reasoning behind your design choices, and advocate for them with confidence and clarity
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating assets for both digital and print formats
• Fluency in English (you're comfortable working in an international team)
• Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality

• We’re looking for a Brand Designer with a strong visual voice and a strategic mind to help bring our brand to life across all touchpoints. You’ll be a key player in shaping and evolving our brand identity while translating business goals into creative ideas that engage and inspire
• In this role, you’ll collaborate within Brand and Creative team with Marketing, Sales and other teams to craft compelling visual assets, from digital campaigns and social content to event branding and sales materials. You’ll balance hands-on design execution with conceptual thinking, ensuring everything we create reflects our brand values and delivers real impact
• Lead brand design initiatives across marketing, digital, and print platforms, ensuring consistency and excellence in every asset
• Translate marketing strategies into engaging visual concepts and campaigns
• Create a wide range of materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, sales collateral, event visuals, Ebooks, motion briefs/story boards, and more
• Partner closely with content, marketing, sales teams to align design with messaging and business goals
• Evolve and maintain the brand identity system, expanding guidelines as needed
• Collaborate with external vendors (e.g. agencies, freelancers, printers…) when needed
• Stay current with design trends, technologies, and marketing best practices
