Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or related roles, preferably with rapidly growing, earlier stage digital health/health IT B2B companies
- 2+ years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g., interviewing customers, facilitating focus groups, conducting competitive analysis, delivering presentations to prospects)
- Strong understanding of audience-focused marketing strategies and methodologies
- Superior organizational and project management skills to help define processes and create structure from scratch
- Attention to detail, with a deep appreciation for the balance between speed and perfection
- Flexibility in juggling and tackling both small and large tasks, even amid high levels of ambiguity
- Proven people and management skills to successfully work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering
- Coachable, ethical, and open to feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable confidently presenting ideas to colleagues, senior leaders, prospects, and customers alike
- Proficient in productivity applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana), marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot Marketing Hub integrated with Salesforce CRM), and product experience/data software (e.g. MixPanel)
- A successful candidate has several years of experience managing product and customer marketing programs for high-growth B2B companies
- You love customers. Some would even call you “customer-obsessed.” You want to know what motivates them, what frustrates them, how they think, and what they need to be happy and successful in their day-to-day
- You’re skilled in overall product marketing strategy, competitive intelligence, and content development. You also have a proven track record of utilizing your excellent project management skills to thoughtfully plan and execute successful product and feature launches that resonate with specific audience needs
- You leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your marketing strategies. You’re confident in your ability to determine the success or failure of an initiative based on what the data says, and you know how to communicate that insight to company leadership and your team—thus fostering an intellectually curious, data-driven culture
- You are a passionate storyteller with the ability to understand industry challenges, trends, and technical concepts—and then turn them into compelling content
- You bring clarity and conciseness to product communications, ensuring messages are clear, straightforward, value-driven, and optimized for a variety of media (e.g., sales materials, website, email, and other relevant channels)
- You like technology. You are very familiar with various business and marketing platforms, and you can ramp up on the technical minutiae of our product quickly
- You are flexible and adaptable. You can navigate ambiguity. However, you also enjoy creating structures and processes to help scale collaborative work in a rapidly growing organization
- You are self-motivated and constantly seek out ways to drive efficiency for you and your team
What the job involves
- The Senior Manager of Product and Customer Marketing will be a highly motivated and strategic member of the Marketing team at Eleos Health
- Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aimed at optimizing customer acquisition; increasing product adoption, engagement, retention, and evangelism; and driving overall business growth
- Your focus will be aligning our product offerings with the evolving needs of our target customers and effectively communicating the value we provide across the customer lifecycle
- This will require you to partner with teammates in Marketing as well as Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Ops, Solution Engineering and Product teams
- You will coordinate, manage, and execute the upstream and downstream activities that not only drive and empower our current go-to-market strategy, but also influence Eleos Health’s strategic direction
- Establish and manage the customer and product marketing function to support revenue and customer experience objectives
- Collaborate with GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Rev Ops, Product, Solution Engineering) to deploy customer- and prospect-facing communications that align with the needs of specific personas, drive market adoption of Eleos Health, and optimize the customer experience
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry/market trends, keep an eye on the competition, and understand the evolving needs of prospects and customers, translating insights gleaned into actionable product marketing strategies
- Create targeted messaging that accurately captures audience challenges and matches them to Eleos solutions, emphasizing the unique value of our products. Continuously evaluate and enhance buyer/user personas and positioning/messaging frameworks to reflect changing market needs
- Strengthen competitive intelligence (e.g., by conducting win/loss analysis and creating battlecards) to demonstrate why Eleos Health is the best solution to our target audience’s challenges
- Partner with the Product team to enhance and execute product/feature GTM launch strategies, including internal communication, training, and GTM team enablement
- Identify customer advocates for marketing collaborations (e.g., case studies, testimonials, and speaking engagements) and curate a diverse library of customer success stories that demonstrate product effectiveness
- Leverage customer advocacy and community development programs to enhance customer loyalty, evangelize Eleos Health, test positioning and messaging, and gather market research insights
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Solution Engineering and Customer Success teams to craft internal tools and external collateral (e.g., presentations, case studies, and demos) that showcase how Eleos Health solves buyer and user problems—and educate internal teams on how to best use these materials
- Support content strategy development with content topic recommendations that address audience interests
- Track and report on key performance metrics. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for B2B marketing initiatives and develop reporting mechanisms to track and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Develop and lead a world-class Product and Customer Marketing team as we grow

Conversations around mental health challenges are becoming more open, and support for conditions like anxiety and depression is increasingly recognized as a core part of healthcare. However, there are still relatively few technologies designed to support the professionals delivering these services. Eleos Health addresses this gap with voice-based AI tools for therapists, helping streamline their workload while providing deeper insight into patient sessions.
Eleos Health is the leader in CareOps automation for behavioural health, and its voice-to-insights technology is the first of its kind. The platform functions across a therapist’s whole workflow; taking notes and analysing hundreds of data parameters per appointment to deliver smart insights. Most importantly, the NLP and voice analysis provided frees professionals up to focus on treatment and care.
Eleos Health has experienced impressive customer retention and recurring revenue, showing the value that therapists have found in its product. The company has seen substantial investment which will enable it to deepen product and business development, hire talent and increase service and sales teams. In 2023 a study was published showing that the use of AI in behavioral health treatment can effectively help patients adhere to evidence-based care activities, evidencing the value of Eleos' work.
