Role
Who you are
- You have a scrappy, results-driven mindset— you’re comfortable working with ambiguity and are motivated to build something from scratch
- You’re an expert with experience across a variety of paid channels. You know the search landscape and the ideal benchmarks for PPC, CPM, and ROAS
- You have strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution tools
- You know how to experiment and adapt your strategy based on data insights
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are adept at presenting performance insights and strategies to cross-functional teams and senior leaders
- You’re comfortable operating on a lean team and with a modest budget
What the job involves
- Develop, own, and communicate paid marketing strategy. You’ll own the pipeline goal from paid channels. You’ll be expected to define, track and report out on key performance indicators and provide insights and recommendations to leadership. You know how to build a plan to hit your number, and if something’s off you know when and how to pivot
- Manage and optimize campaigns. You’ll write and refine ad copy, collaborate on creative assets, set bidding strategies and allocate budget to drive volume and gain efficiency in paid search, paid social and Google display network. You’ll regularly refine audience targeting to ensure we’re always reaching the right people with the right message
- Experiment with new channels. You’ll identify opportunities for new channel investments (paid social, affiliate, direct mail, ABM), drive alignment with leadership, launch campaigns and create the game plan for evaluating their performance
- Collaborate to drive impact. Partner with other marketers so that all assets have strong messaging, compelling creative and relevant distribution. You’ll also enhance landing pages and email sequences for campaigns led by other teammates
- Elevate technical execution: Your expertise will help us improve marketing operations, website performance and cross-functional handoffs. You’re excited to figure out how AI can help automate processes and improve velocity

Evaluating the effectiveness of respective products requires its own methodology and investment in time, energy and expense. The digital experience platform is a growing but lucrative market that reached a valuation exceeding $20 billion in 2025.
Appcues has created a no-code platform that allows businesses to analyze product usage as well as communicate their reactions. Appcues is easy to integrate into pre-existing platforms as it functions as a Google Chrome extension. Once you establish an account, you can log into Appcues Studio and manage flows and events, target experience, and app feedback.
Appcues provides consumers with a smoother on-boarding experience by offering product tours and welcome messages. This simple-to-use system has already been welcomed by a variety of large vendors including Lyft, Clearbit and AdRoll.
