Role
Who you are
- 0-2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience
- Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems i.e. Greenhouse)
- Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
- Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends
- Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
- Working knowledge of engineering skillsets such as Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and other common engineering skillsets

- We deliver space superiority so the U.S. can operate freely in orbit, blending hardware and software in a way few companies can. In this role, you will partner with deeply technical leaders, hire exceptional engineering talent, and influence processes that scale
- This role partners closely with our talent acquisition team to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best engineers to True Anomaly
- This is a 6-month temp-to-hire opportunity located in our Denver, CO office
- Develop robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
- Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
- Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
- Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
- Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
Our take
True Anomaly is a space tech startup composed of former military operators and engineers. The Colorado-based company is focused on building spacecraft and software solutions designed to secure U.S. commercial and military interests in space. It has already developed a fully-integrated platform with seamless satellite, navigation, and data-capture technologies that provide security and training for the quickly evolving space market.
Founded in 2022, True Anomaly has already designed its first spacecraft, the Jackal Autonomous Orbital Vehicle, which can be used to train operators on the ground or as intelligence-gathering tools against adversarial spacecraft. Alongside this, the startup has built a 35,000-square-foot facility in Denver to manufacture the Jackals.
With impressive capital gained in 2023 and 2025, the company validated the Jackal's technical and operational capabilities and made the necessary investments to scale production. And with its most recent capital injection, the company is ready to fund space missions and further scale its operations.
