Who you are

Be comfortable with the responsibility of leading the development of our financial strategy to support our continued rapid growth (currently at $25m gross revenue, and has doubled each year since inception)
Experience working in a rapidly scaling business
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or related service industry
Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

What the job involves

This role will be responsible for our financial strategy holistically, reporting directly to the CEO
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
Specifically: Develop and manage financial reporting related to property performance, occupancy rates, revenue projections, and other key metrics relevant to the vacation rental business
