Role
Who you are
- Be comfortable with the responsibility of leading the development of our financial strategy to support our continued rapid growth (currently at $25m gross revenue, and has doubled each year since inception)
- Experience working in a rapidly scaling business
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or related service industry
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Desirable
- Experience expanding companies into new territories
What the job involves
- This role will be responsible for our financial strategy holistically, reporting directly to the CEO
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Specifically: Develop and manage financial reporting related to property performance, occupancy rates, revenue projections, and other key metrics relevant to the vacation rental business
