Lead Full Stack Engineer, Project Arnaud

• 7+ years experience as a full-stack engineer with experience of some or all of the technologies in our platform. React experience is essential, and React Native is strongly preferred
• Experience of mobile app development
• Knowledge of building and running banking-grade cloud-based solutions
• Experience building with and leveraging AI technology to enhance product features and development workflows

• Contributing as a core member of the technology leadership team covering information security and governance to establish standards, protocols and mechanisms for secure, reliable solutions
• Driving the use of AI technology to enhance our product features and development workflows, and building with AI capabilities
• In a “you build it, you run it” model, ensuring that continual delivery is executed, technical risks and dependencies are managed and ensure the team adopts DevOps practices
