Who you are

Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Additional Polish or Czech language is a plus
Completed an internship in sales or client service, ideally in a tech-related field
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills
Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications
Shows ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Business sense to handle efficiently a multitasking environment where prioritization is key
Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic and fast-changing environment

Needs to be able to sign an internship contract in Spain for 6 months

What the job involves

We are in the search for an intern for our Account Strategy team in Barcelona. You will be learning and working with advertisers, analyzing and optimizing campaigns, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with our partners
This is a 6-month paid, full-time (39h) internship. As an intern you will be assigned a manager who will help to identify goals, mentor and support you throughout your internship
Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers
Solving any client issue/bug on campaign: troubleshooting issues and liaising and working closely with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions team to go deeper
Helping the Account Strategist team identify growth opportunities within current existing business portfolio
Performing admin tasks such as tickets or communication with operational teams
Improving tools and internal processes: you will take part in creation of tools to automate and improve certain tasks
Monitoring of performance, identifying opportunities, (covering certain AS tasks if they are not present)
Being involved in other marketing activities
