- Proficiency in CRM systems and common office applications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, other languages are a plus
- High self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- We value agility, innovation, and a proactive approach. We are currently expanding our Sales team and looking for a motivated and native Spanish-speaking Sales Account Exectuive to join us in driving the growth of our business banking division
- As a Spanish-Speaking Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our business accounts to small/medium business owners and freelancers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, while also developing new customer accounts
- Proactively support customers in using our products and services
- Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions
- Independently manage accounts and take responsibility for their growth and satisfaction
- Help customers successfully onboard to ensure they can fully utilize our services
- Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve products
- Assist in the execution of cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to meet revenue goals
- Prepare regular reports and analyses on customer activities and key performance
