Who you are
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our team
- B2B customer experience in the energy space– This role primarily involves working with energy traders
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy domain, preferably in energy trading and/ or flexibility
- Highly analytical background matching with our forecasting and optimization products
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
What the job involves
- As a Customer Success Manager at Dexter Energy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction, success, and loyalty
- Responsibilities include both strategic and operational elements. Strategic: maximising client's value of our trading optimisation product. Operational: onboarding, incident response, product improvements
- Customer onboarding: Facilitate a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new customers
- Live trial conversion: Ensure we maximize our chances of winning product live trials by delivering the most performing products and ensuring a premium customer experience
- Account management: Develop strong, lasting relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within our organization
- Renewal management and growth support: Proactively manage contract renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work with Sales to maximize customer lifetime value
- Feedback gathering: Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable insights to our product and development teams, contributing to product improvement
Our take
Dexter provides highly accurate energy forecasts to renewable energy producers. Its algorithm analyses current and historic weather data to determine how much electricity windmills and solar panels will generate on a given day. This enables energy companies to reduce imbalances on the grid by determining energy loads, helping companies to optimise their renewable electricity production and consumption.
As the energy market continues to shift, large-scale providers must be able to anticipate changing weather and market conditions. Since the company’s AI-powered software enables companies to manage increasing imbalance costs, Dexter has considerable growth potential as it expands its services across Europe and into the UK.
