• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on building GTM teams
• Proven track record of finding and hiring top talent, balancing speed and quality
• AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools in your daily work and you're excited to push further with tools like Claude and BrightHire
• Strong analytical instincts: comfortable pulling metrics, spotting trends, and keeping hiring managers informed on progress, bottlenecks, and wins
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for building trusted relationships with stakeholders and connecting with candidates
• A bias toward action — you don't wait for someone to hand you a playbook
• Comfortable in ambiguity: you build structure without losing momentum
• New York City, NY based, able to be in-office 3–4 days per week

• Own the full recruiting pipeline, from sourcing to close, filling critical GTM roles that map directly to our growth roadmap
• Drive toward results while keeping candidate experience front and center
• Partner closely with hiring leaders as a true consultative partner
• Lead creative sourcing strategy and delivery
• Bring energy to employer branding initiatives
• Track and deliver top-of-funnel metrics, with a close eye on response rates
• Partner with the business to build job descriptions and shape interviews
• Report, monitor, and leverage pipeline metrics to optimize efficiency
• Work across recruiting tools: Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Gem, and BrightHire
• Leverage the skill and art of closing GTM candidates
• Communicate our mission, problem space, and values with clarity
• Understand candidate motivations, resulting in quality hires with aligned goals
• Build scalable workflows and systems that drive real impact
• Use AI to streamline your work
• Stay metrics-driven, letting data guide your decisions
