Role
Who you are
- 6+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
- Demonstrated capabilities in flexibility and ambiguity
- Robust list of venue contacts in NYC
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc) and invoicing and procurement software is a plus
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
- Licensed Notary preferred although we are happy to provide for notary training and certification
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives
- Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines
What the job involves
- Magnite is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support for our Chief Revenue Officer. This role is based in our NYC office
- Provide event planning and execution for Magnite’s revenue team and client events
- Identify venues and coordinate reservations for global off-site meetings
- Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks
- Manage the day-to-day calendar which includes rearranging schedules to prioritize the most important meetings, sending calendar invites and reminders, and organizing in-person/virtual meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the CRO leadership and other leaders in the company as needed
- Travel with the CRO as needed
- Prepare expense reports for the CRO
- Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements
- Support the Marketing team in delivering materials to client events
- Partner with Magnite’s Accounts Payable team to generate purchase orders pay invoices, and provide accruals for services rendered
- Partner with People, IT, Facilities, and other teams on company-wide events and initiatives such as parties/celebrations, SWAG delivery, company and team all-hands coordination
- Coordinate with other EAs across the company
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion

Due to the rise in mobile and smart devices in recent years, the way in which advertisement publishers must format their ads is changing. A key example of this is TV, advertisements that present immediate calls to action within a Connected TV user interface, but publishing ads in such a format is currently inaccessible to most publishers.
Magnite provides a sell-side omnichannel advertisement platform for publishers, focused on facilitating the selling of advertising on all formats including CTV, mobile, desktop, and audio. In addition to facilitating the buying and selling of omnichannel ads, the company also provides a real-time ad performance dashboard, data protection and compliance tools, and insights into buying and selling patterns.
Whilst other omnichannel advertisement platforms present significant competition to the company, Magnite stands out by providing an end-to-end marketplace for the buying, selling, management, and analysis of ads. Furthermore, by focussing its efforts on cutting-edge formats such as CTV, the company shows great potential to futureproof itself within the advertisement industry.
