What the job involves
- At Vestwell, our internship program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge, resources, and hands-on training necessary to understand the value of our product and gain meaningful, real-world experience
- Gain exposure to all of Vestwell’s product service lines that power our retirement savings platform
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from various teams across the organization
- Showcase your work through a comprehensive portfolio of your final project
- Receive ongoing mentorship and guidance through regular check-ins with your assigned manager and mentor
- The LEO team at Vestwell is responsible for building out, enhancing, and supporting payroll integrations with hundreds of payroll providers to support the transmission of employee and employer contributions data (from payroll providers to Vestwell), and employee deferral rates (from Vestwell to payroll providers)
- We also focus on building out operational workflows and tooling to support our internal ops and service teams, regarding payroll integrations
- These integrations help improve the client experience and is a valuable selling tool to our partners and enterprise customers
- This is a 10-week intensive program, running from June 2 to August 8, 2025
- High-performing interns may have the opportunity to interview for full-time roles
