Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment
- NetSuite experience required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and process optimization
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Audit experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join Limble’s growing Finance team
- In this role, you will own key aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- You will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, optimizing accounting operations, and driving process improvements
- This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, FP&A, and Operations, to enhance financial processes and reporting
- You’ll be successful in this role if you have a strong understanding of GAAP, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for improving accounting efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Own key aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses to maintain financial integrity
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and support the development of internal accounting policies and procedures
- Assist with financial statement preparation, audits, and tax filings by collaborating with external auditors and tax consultants
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, FP&A, and Operations to improve financial processes and reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance accounting efficiency
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and software (NetSuite, etc.)
