Who you are
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++
- Experience with developing IoT applications
- Familiarity with client-side caching and caching databases (Redis)
- Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in the field of robotics or Fleet Management systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices is desirable

- We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our Fleet Management team in Austin, TX
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on developing and optimizing a Fleet Management solution for Apptronik's humanoid robots, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency in various environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions for Fleet Management of humanoid robots
- Develop client-side software on robots to enable real-time monitoring, tracking, and communication with the fleet management server
- Integrate sensor data and telemetry information to optimize fleet performance and operational efficiency
- Develop APIs and interfaces for seamless communication between Fleet Management software and robotic systems
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high quality and reliable software releases
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to Fleet Management and robotics
