• You are an experienced data professional with expertise in SQL, SSRS, and Power BI and a passion for delivering strategic insights
• 6+ years of experience in a data analytics, reporting, or similar capacity
• Extensive experience in SQL, SSRS, and Power BI
• Advanced skills in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence
• Strong background in relational databases and data architecture
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale data migrations from legacy systems
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• First 90 Days: Lead historical data migrations, mentor junior consultants, and present observations and recommendations on current processes to leadership
