• You have strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience and the ability to define and track relevant metrics

• As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Data Backbone, you will drive the technical vision and strategy for our data interconnectivity and compliance initiatives across our systems
• You will establish frameworks that enable seamless data exchange between applications while ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance
• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data interconnectivity and compliance initiatives across the organization. Translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining a balance between compliance requirements, system integration needs, and business goals
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead complex data integration efforts across multiple teams, working closely with engineering, compliance, and domain teams to create and implement standards for secure, scalable system connections and data exchange protocols
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Drive alignment across the organization by managing stakeholders at all levels. Provide high-level reporting on key initiatives, metrics, and OKRs. Transform complex technical challenges into clear business value propositions
• Technical Product Development: Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, prioritizing features and capabilities based on business impact and technical constraints. Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical landscape overview that showcases system integration points, data flows, and architectural dependencies to support compliance requirements and platform scalability
• Technical Problem Solving: Drive technical decisions through a deep understanding of system integration requirements, compliance needs, and data exchange constraints. Engage with engineering teams, compliance specialists, and other technical stakeholders to gather insights and balance competing needs for optimal solution development
