• Support day-to-day HR operations and help maintain accurate employee documentation and HR processes
• Prepare HR documents such as certificates, contract amendments, onboarding documents, and administrative follow-ups. 🗂️
• Answer employee questions with responsiveness, empathy, and attention to detail
• Coordinate HR requests and follow-ups with different teams internally
• Contribute to payroll and compliance-related checks to ensure operational accuracy. ✅

• Support recruitment processes across different teams and departments
• Review applications, conduct CV screenings, and participate in interviews
• Help with sourcing efforts and candidate coordination
• Ensure candidates have a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment communication
• Focus: Building smarter and more scalable HR processes
• Support HR audits, reporting, and process documentation
• Use tools like Google Sheets, Notion, and AI tools to improve efficiency and organization
• Contribute to ad hoc HR projects depending on business priorities
• Identify ways to improve HR operations and proactively suggest solutions
