- Proven leadership experience managing and developing brand teams

What the job involves
- We're seeking a data-driven brand leader to own Affinity's entire awareness strategy and drive measurable brand recognition in high-value markets, particularly private equity
- This isn't a role for random acts of brand—we need someone who creates thoughtful, multi-quarter campaigns that fuel pipeline and revenue growth
- This role reports directly to the CMO
- What You'll Own:
- Brand awareness strategy across new industries, with a focus on penetrating private equity markets
- Cross-channel execution spanning design, content marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and video production
- Paid media budget specifically allocated to awareness objectives
- Quarterly and annual awareness metrics—if you don't want to be measured on brand impact, this role isn't for you
- Campaign development that spans multiple months and quarters, connecting awareness to revenue outcomes
- How You'll Work:
- Coordinate seamlessly between internal team members and external partners to execute integrated campaigns
- Leverage AI daily for market research, rapid concept development, idea testing, and capacity creation for our lean team
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations to ensure brand efforts amplify across the full funnel
- Think strategically about how awareness campaigns connect to pipeline generation and revenue growth
- You'll be instrumental in establishing Affinity as the recognized leader in relationship intelligence for private markets, creating the foundation for sustained growth in new industries while supporting our small but mighty marketing team's ambitious goals
- The Affinity section highlights the key differentiators that would resonate with potential candidates familiar with the private capital space
Our take
Up to 90% of company profiles in traditional customer relationship management systems (CRMs) are incomplete or out-of-date, causing missed sales opportunities and wasted time. Affinity exists to change this state of affairs, using AI to analyse a company's communications and interactions to provide the most accurate profile possible, powering sales and excellent customer relationships.
While other modern CRMs exist, few of them are able to automate data input on the scale of Affinity, which has processed around 20 trillion emails and hundreds of thousands of calendar events to date. It also focuses on industries that are underserved in the CRM sector, including investment banking and real estate. This has grown it a client base of more than 3,000 customers including major enterprises such as Bain Capital Ventures, Nike and Twilio.
Affinity is focusing on expanding its sales, marketing, and engineering teams to grow its customer base and develop new products. As companies look to both improve the performance of their sales teams and reduce costs in manual data entry, Affinity's product is likely to remain extremely popular.
