Engineering Manager of Managers, Stripe

• Experience managing and growing an organization of 30-50 engineers for 3+ years
• Experience in managing managers and driving multiple mission-critical and highly visible efforts in parallel successfully
• Effectively recruited, mentored, and retained great people, who are extremely effective over the long term
• Successfully built a team, defined its mission, set strategies, and executed its goals with high velocity and high quality
• Experience with owning and driving core product and user metrics
• Experience in designing and shipping user-facing product offerings
• Experience working closely with Product Management and Design

• As an engineering leader on Issuing, you’ll be leading a group of engineers to partner very closely with Product, Design, and Data Science to build and enhance the Issuing product for a large number of platforms and marketplaces who are building their ecosystems on Stripe.
• You’ll be a key leader to own and drive relevant success metrics, product delivery, and user happiness
• Understand the core mission and responsibilities of your organization. Set strategies and prioritizations on how to best achieve outsized impact and drive significant progress on core success metrics
