Who you are

This position requires deep technical expertise in designing, building, and maintaining the core IT infrastructure that powers our organization
5-7+ years in IT infrastructure roles, including network administration, systems engineering, identity management, and project implementation in a dynamic environment
Proven experience engineering and managing identity management solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Jumpcloud)
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with networking concepts and equipment (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points)
Experience managing MDM platforms (e.g., Kandji, Intune, Jamf, Jumpcloud)
Experience leading IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion
Strong experience with administering and integrating SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Jira)
Experience supporting a mix of operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS)
Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations, manage multiple priorities, and maintain discipline while adapting to change
Experience in creating and documenting IT infrastructure processes, standards, and procedures

Desirable

CCNA Certification
Experience setting up and managing Tailscale
Experience supporting IT integrations during M&A activities
Scripting skills (e.g., Powershell, Bash, Python) for automation

What the job involves

We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team
You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our network, systems, and identity management solutions, playing a critical role in our company's growth and operational efficiency
Drive the end-to-end process for IT infrastructure in new office buildouts, including strategic planning and hands-on implementation
Oversaw all stages of the office network lifecycle, including initial design, deployment of switches, routers, and access points, and long-term operational support
Resolve escalated information technology help desk requests and provide expert assistance
Evaluate and implement solutions that measurably improved overall productivity and streamlined workflows across multiple departments

Applied Intuition provides software to run simulations and tests for autonomous vehicles more quickly and effectively, speeding up the development and launch of AVs for multiple industries.

The company’s suite of simulation, validation, and drive log management software aids in the more efficient deployment of autonomous vehicles, with companies such as Toyota, Nissan, and General Motors relying on its solutions.

As the autonomous vehicles market accelerates, Applied Intuition is well set for growth, especially as it continues to expand its capabilities.
