Who you are

5+ years of sales/solution/partner engineering experience covering a highly technical set of products
3+ years supporting AI & Machine Learning products and services
Proven experience within technology companies, especially cloud environments such as AWS and GCP
Demonstrated experience engaging with senior technology executives. Strong relationship building skills with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
Solid interest and experience to work with generative AI models such as Stable Diffusion or large language models is a big plus
Excellent in public speaking and communicating technical concepts in a clear and precise manner

What the job involves

We are looking for a rockstar Solutions Engineer, with proven experience in AI & Machine Learning, who can help some of the largest organizations in the world realize their Generative AI ambitions with Stability AI’s products and services
In this role, you will assess their needs, help them overcome technical challenges, and guide customers towards the right solutions to realize their ambitions
You will interact with senior technical stakeholders at customer organizations, and be a critical path to providing customer requirements and feedback to guide our product and research teams
You will also work closely with our key partners to educate their technical teams on our services, and design solutions we can take to market jointly
Be the product expert in pre-sales/partner engagements to answer technical questions, create & deliver proof of concept demonstrations, articulate value propositions, and provide technical competitive differentiation
Assist in the analysis, design and development of technology solutions for customers and partners
Qualify sales opportunities in terms of the technical requirements, competition, decision making process
Provide customer requirements and feedback to Stability AI’s product and research teams
Engage and build trust with senior technical stakeholders at customer and partner organizations
Develop technical assets to use in customer engagements, such as demos, technical guides/architectures, and solutions

Stability AI is an AI-driven visual art company that designs and implements an open AI tool that creates images based on text input. Through collective intelligence and augmented technology, Stability AI is helping research communities develop cutting-edge AI models for image, language, audio, video, 3D content, biotech and other scientific research.

Working in partnership with Amazon Web Services, Stability AI's latest release, Stable Diffusion is a text-to-image model that utilizes the Ezra-1 UltraCluster (the world's fifth-largest supercomputer). The model quickly proved to be a success, with four of the top ten applications on Apple's App Store being powered by Stable Diffusion after just one month.

The company is also focused on expanding its creative sector offerings, recently hiring legendary filmmaker James Cameron to bring an artistic perspective to its suite of storytelling tools. This exciting development will help Stability AI push the boundaries of AI-driven media and help on its mission to transform visual storytelling.
