What the job involves

Planning, launching and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple channels including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, X, Reddit, Snapchat, YouTube and Pinterest
Analysing campaign performance daily to spot trends, learn quickly, and continuously improve results
Using Gaia’s AI platform to automate and track employment ad campaigns efficiently
Running A/B tests on audiences, creatives and formats to improve performance
Managing budgets to maximise ROI
Working closely with creative and client teams to develop ads that resonate with candidates
Turning performance data into clear insights and recommendations for internal teams
