Marketing Operations Analyst, Zinc Work

• This isn’t an entry-level role — you’ll need to come in confident with tools, thoughtful in your analysis, and clear in your communication. Here’s what we’re looking for:
• HubSpot pro – You know your way around fields, lists, workflows, and dashboards. No onboarding to the tool required
• Data analysis & visualisation – You can dig into the numbers and make them sing using spreadsheets or a visual layer
• GA4 & GTM – You’ve set up and managed event tracking, know how data flows through, and can troubleshoot issues
• Campaign analytics – You understand attribution, funnel stages, and what good performance looks like across paid, organic, and lifecycle campaigns
• We’re looking for someone who’s not just skilled, but a great partner to work with — thoughtful, proactive, and calm in the chaos
• High EQ – You can build trust quickly and work well across teams (especially with marketing and ops leads)
• Proactive communicator – You share updates before you’re asked and flag risks before they bite
• Detail obsessed – You care about accuracy. Data you touch can be trusted
• Collaborative – You know when to bring others in, and you love helping people move faster and make better decisions

• As our Marketing Operations Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for turning marketing data into clarity, confidence, and action. You’ll work at the centre of our Marketing team, helping us sharpen strategy, optimise tools, and move faster. Here’s what that looks like:
• 📈 Deliver insights that help us understand performance across channels and campaigns — and where to double down
• ️ Own HubSpot — from data integrity to automation and segmentation, you’ll be our in-house expert
• 💡 Enable strategic decisions by stitching together insights across tools (like Dreamdata) and surfacing what matters
• 🎯 Lead our tracking setup across GA4, GTM, and DreamData — ensuring we measure what moves the needle
• 🔄 Support lifecycle reporting, making sure we’re always learning from the journey, not just the outcome
