Who you are

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM and ERP systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Sales operations/coordination
Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar platforms)
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with the semiconductor, AI, or tech hardware industry is a big plus
Organizational Skills: Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy in order processing and data entry
Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure positive experiences for clients and Sales teams
Communication: Exhibit clear, concise, and professional communication skills

The Sales Operations Specialist will be integral to enhancing the sales process from order management to post-sale customer support
This role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, delivering accurate information to customers while supporting the Sales team’s administrative functions
