Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally focused on core platforms or integrations
- Experience defining APIs, managing integrations, and enabling platform extensibility
- Strong understanding of design systems, front-end frameworks, and UX patterns
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with commercial real estate, content management, or event scheduling platforms is a plus
What the job involves
- VTS Activate delivers a unified tenant experience across office, industrial, and retail assets. The Activate Core Experience & Integrations platform powers content management, events, room booking, and extensibility with other systems
- As Senior Product Manager, Activate Core Experience & Integrations, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of VTS Activate’s foundational platform. You’ll ensure it’s intuitive, reliable, and extensible — enabling other squads and partners to build on top of it
- Own the core platform roadmap, defining the long-term vision for content, events, and booking experiences
- Deliver platform-wide consistency, collaborating across squads to align design systems, shared front-end components, and testing frameworks
- Drive integration strategy, developing and maintaining APIs that connect VTS Activate with partner systems such as calendars, CRMs, and payment gateways
- Launch new experiences and enhancements that improve usability, engagement, and reliability
- Run continuous discovery with tenants, building teams, and internal squads to inform prioritization
- Define key success metrics around engagement, performance, and system reliability
- Champion compliance and security, ensuring adherence to privacy, accessibility, and data protection standards

Marketing, leasing, data analytics and retention efforts have traditionally required an array of different solutions, often poorly integrated with one another (if at all), and decision-making is often stymied by inaccurate reporting and inflexible, clunky tools.

VTS's user base has grown to over 45,000 commercial real estate firms including Blackstone, Brookfield Properties, and LaSalle Investment Management, and about 60% of the US's top quality office space is managed through its platform. Having raised a significant amount of funding it is investing heavily in research and development, sourcing strategic acquisitions and hiring additional talent.
